This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by you (“User” or “Licensee”) and Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.), the provider of Framer Toys, a Framer UI Library (“Product”). By purchasing, downloading, and using the Product, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Ownership and License grant
Framer Toys is owned by Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.), and we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product, subject to the terms of this Agreement. This license allows you to use Framer Toys for personal, professional, or commercial purposes, including the creation and sale of Framer templates, and for client-related projects.
The Product is available under the following pricing plans:
Solo Plan – 1 license (for use with one Framer account)
Startup Plan – 5 licenses (for use with up to five Framer accounts)
Organization Plan – 25 licenses (for use with up to twenty-five Framer accounts)
Each license is strictly tied to one unique Framer account. The number of licenses corresponds to the number of individual Framer accounts authorized to use the Product.
2. License limitations
The Product may be used for creating Framer templates, client projects, and personal designs, but it may not be redistributed, resold, or shared as a standalone product. The license provided is for personal and commercial use within the limits of the Product’s intended use as described.
3. No restrictions on usage
The license permits you to use the Product for any type of legal project or design, including but not limited to creating, editing, and selling Framer templates or working on client projects. You are free to use the Product in any way that aligns with its intended purpose, as long as it remains under the bounds of the licensed number of Framer accounts.
4. Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be provided. All sales are final. We strongly recommend reviewing the contents and features of Framer Toys before making a purchase. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact our support team prior to purchasing.
5. Updates and Support
We offer ongoing updates and support for Framer Toys. Should you encounter any issues or require assistance, please contact our support team at support@framer.toys. We strive to provide timely responses and assistance.
6. Limitation of liability
Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use Framer Toys. The Product is provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind.
7. Termination
Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Framer Toys if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Product and remove it from all active Framer accounts.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of the Czech Republic.
10. Entire Agreement
This License Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) with respect to Framer Toys and supersedes any prior agreements or communications, whether written or oral, regarding the Product.
