These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Framer Toys UI Library (“Product”) provided by Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. General information
Framer Toys is a Framer UI library created and provided by Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.), based in the Czech Republic. All purchases of the Product are processed through our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy. These Terms apply to all users of the Product, including those who purchase, download, or access the Product for any purpose.
2. License grant
Upon purchasing Framer Toys, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement. The Product is available in three pricing plans based on the number of licenses:
Solo Plan – 1 license (for use with a single Framer account)
Startup Plan – 5 licenses (for use with up to five Framer accounts)
Organization Plan – 25 licenses (for use with up to twenty-five Framer accounts)
Each license is tied to a specific Framer account and is limited to the corresponding number of accounts as described in the plan.
3. Usage restrictions
The Product is licensed for use in the creation of Framer templates, client projects, and personal designs. You are not allowed to redistribute, resell, or share the Product as a standalone product or part of another product without prior written consent from Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.).
4. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds
All purchases of the Product are processed through Lemon Squeezy, and payment is required prior to accessing the Product. Due to the digital nature of the Product, no refunds will be issued after purchase. All sales are final. We strongly recommend reviewing the contents of Framer Toys before making your purchase. If you have any questions or need clarification, please contact our support team before purchasing.
5. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account details, including login credentials associated with Framer Toys. Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
6. Updates and Support
Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) offers support and updates for the Product. If you experience issues with Framer Toys, please contact our support team at support@framer.toys. We provide support via email and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to any lost data, profits, or business opportunities. The Product is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.
8. Termination of access
Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Product if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and remove it from any active Framer accounts.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying users through other means. By continuing to use the Product after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Product shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

13. Entire agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with the License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Design Freaks (K-COMBO s.r.o.) regarding the use of the Product and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
