How to report a problem or bug?
We’re committed to providing the best experience possible with Framer Toys. If you encounter a problem or bug, there are three simple ways to report it. Your feedback helps us continuously improve.
1. Submit a ticket via the Support page
The most effective way to report an issue is through our Support Page (Available for logged-in users only):
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the Support Page.
Fill out the support form and select "Report an issue" as the subject.
Describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
We highly appreciate if you can attach a Loom video demonstrating the problem.
Note:
The support form is only accessible to logged-in users.
2. Report directly from a component or template
Every component, template, section, or page in Framer Toys has a "Report an issue" button. Clicking this button will open your email client with a pre-filled address where you can report the issue.
Please include:
A detailed description of the problem.
Screenshots or a Loom video to help us understand the issue better.
This method ensures that we know exactly which asset you're referring to.
3. Email us directly
You can also report issues by sending an email directly to support@framer.toys
Make sure to include:
Subject line: "Report an issue"
A clear and detailed description of the problem.
Any relevant attachments, like screenshots or a Loom video.
This method is simple and works well if you prefer not to use the other options.
